Jay Willis Cotton is a Microsoft Premier Field engineer based in the NY /NJ region. He has been working with Exchange since 2003 and
currently supports customers with a total user base of ~250,000 running a mix of Exchange 2003/2007/2010. With the rampant growth of mobile
devices he has made the Active Sync Protocol a focus of his activities by working with Microsoft Senior Support engineers on a variety of
troubleshooting cases, and best practice communications to Exchange administrators. In his spare time he is an avid gardener, surfer (yes you
can surf in NY J) and guitar enthusiast.
